Shipping policy

1. Processing Orders

We aim to prepare all orders for shipment within 72 hours (3 business days) of your order being placed and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, please allow 7–10 business days for delivery to addresses across Australia. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary slightly due to courier delays, holidays, or remote delivery locations.

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the order is returned, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at your cost.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size/weight.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking details. You can use this information to follow your parcel’s journey.

6. Public Holidays & Delays

Delivery estimates are based on business days. Public holidays and peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Australia Day) may sometimes extend delivery times — we appreciate your patience during these times.
