Where do you ship to?
We currently ship Australia-wide only, including metro and regional areas.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, except during public holidays, it may take longer. 

. Delivery usually takes:

  • 2–5 business days for metro areas
  • 3–8 business days for regional areas

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping on orders over $79. 

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at info@gingerpaws.com.au, and we’ll do our best to help.

🐱 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Can I return pet food or treats?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns on opened food or treat products.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us at info@gingerpaws.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
